Quick answers to the most common questions about accounts, establishments, menus, and subscriptions.
Account
How can I create an account?
You can register with email and password or sign in with Apple. The process takes less than a minute.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes. Email verification is required to access protected features and keep your account secure. You have 24 hours after registration to verify.
Establishment
How do I create an establishment on the platform?
Go to Establishments and use the create button. In some cases, prior approval from the Taplr team may be required.
Can I have multiple menus in the same establishment?
Yes. You can associate multiple menus with the same establishment — for example, a lunch menu, a dinner menu, and a drinks menu, each with its own individual subscription.
Menus
Can I manage menus in multiple languages?
Yes. Taplr lets you manage translations for menus, categories, and items in multiple languages directly on the platform, without external tools.
How does the QR code work?
The QR code is generated automatically when you create your menu. Just print it and place it on the tables. Any changes to the menu are available in real time — no need to reprint.
What is the daily menu?
The daily menu is a feature that lets you publish daily specials, schedules, and suggestions. You can activate it by date, set available items, and manage stock in real time.
Do customers need to install anything to view the menu?
No. Menus are accessible via link or QR code in the browser of any smartphone — without installing anything. The Taplr app is optional and offers a richer experience for those who want to explore and save favourites.
Plans & subscription
How much does it cost?
Creating the establishment is free. The first menu includes a 30-day free trial. Subscription is per menu: €9.99/month or €99.90/year (promotional prices, VAT excluded). View all plans →
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. The menu remains active until the end of the paid period.
